The Role:We’re looking for a relationship-focused, growth-minded Customer Success Account Manager to join our team. This is a blended role combining the strategic partnership mindset of a Customer Success Manager with the revenue responsibility of an Account Manager. You’ll work closely with some of the nation’s largest infrastructure organizations to drive value, strengthen adoption, and grow long-term relationships.

You’ll work closely with some of the nation’s largest infrastructure organizations to drive value, strengthen adoption, and grow long-term relationships.
What You'll Do:
- Own a portfolio of key accounts across utilities, transportation, and public sectors
- Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and renewal
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and proactively monitor account health
- Align customer goals with our platform roadmap and services
- Identify and close upsell opportunities
- Partner closely with our Product, Engineering, Support, and Services teams
- 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience supporting technical products or software solutions
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work cross-functionally
- Familiarity with GIS, asset management, or enterprise systems is a plus
- Bonus points for experience working with public sector or utility clients
- Base Salary: $80K–$100K depending on experience
- OTE: $110K–$140K+ (with performance-based bonuses for renewals and upsells)
